Not that I need another excuse to enjoy a glass of red with my meal, but a recent study suggests that a compound found in red wine, known as piceatannol, may actually block fat consumption.
So don't hesitate to pour yourself a glass of spicy bold red to accompany your lamb chops, beef tenderloin or beef stirfry, and when you do, make sure you use the right glass to allow for the best tasting possible.
